Appraisal Experience:

Mr. Dutenhaver has experience in appraising various agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, and special purpose properties, including but not limited to: single-family residences, multi-family structures, apartments, condominiums, suburban and downtown office buildings, business parks, warehouses, distribution centers, packing plants, mini-warehouse facilities, stores, retail centers (free-standing, anchored and non-anchored), clubs, bars, hotels/motels, sit-down restaurants, fast-food restaurants, car washes, auto service facilities, auto sales stores and dealerships, service stations, truck stops, subdivision developments, mobile home parks, citrus groves, mining lands, religious facilities, easements, utility corridors, railway corridors, and a wide gamut of vacant land types.  His appraisals have been conducted for commercial banks, corporations, attorneys, governmental bodies, condemning authorities, property owners, environmental agencies, and others.  The geographic scope of completed appraisal assignments includes numerous counties throughout the State of Florida.
